When you are looking to have your house professional painted, we won’t be the lowest bid. You simply can not purchase quality paint and apply enough to make the job look amazing and be the cheapest. We also won’t be the highest bid either. Our approach to the choice of paint we recommend is how we would paint our own house.
What Kind of Professional Paint Do You Use?
The type of professional paint we use depends on the material we are painting. Our projects have included wood, concrete, stucco, vinyl siding, metal. Interior paints and exterior paints are manufactured to withstand different elements. Our interior paints are tough enough and made to be scrubbed, resist staining, and allow cleaning. The exterior paints we use are made to combat against fading and mildew. We use Sherwin Williams paint the most, however we will use Benjamin Moore for some projects. Both our Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paints come with a warranty.
What Color Should I Choose?
We can share with you different colors we offer. We do not suggest colors. If you are looking for current trends and colors being featured, you can check out this article on the “color of the year”. We have years of experience matching colors closely. It’s very difficult to exactly match an existing color for many reasons. Professional paint will still fade from the sun, rain and dirt. As a result, this is especially difficult when a client wants a small repair or area painted that was painted years in the past. We have tools that will analyze and existing color and provide you with the names of the closest colors. If you need entire wall painted , and the next wall is the same color we can get it close so no one will know if theres a slight difference. Here is the Sherwin Williams paint info for colors and for Benjamin Moore paints. We do charge a slight increase for multiple colors. There is extra time to clean materials, and for the extra cut in time where the two colors meet.
